To get desired results import in this order: 

1. VRCSDK3

2. Import PoiyomiToon or Pro shader (most recent versions, also not included)

3. Import Dynamic Bones (Not included must be purchased)

4. Import Mateo unity package

5. Click "OPEN ME" scene or drag the prefab from "model" folder

6. Publish/Edit and done
